USED CAR EXPORTS - TERMS - HEIWA AUTO NETWORK (S) PTE LTD

1. CONFIRMATION ORDER

Please click on the vehicle you are interested in and submit the enquiry form. If sending failed, please send your request to sales@heiwa-auto.com.sg. You can also send us request on what cars you need. We will reply to you with the availability and the price of the unit(s) you are interested in. Once order is confirmed, we will issue Pro-Forma Invoice.

2. PAYMENT

We need 50 % deposit for reservation. FULL payment MUST be received and cleared before the cars leave Singapore Ports. Although we accept payment by fractioned portions or installment, the vehicles will only leave Singapore once the full agreed price has been received. A fax of client's copy of fund remittance document from the bank is considered acceptable proof of payment.

3. SHIPPING AND BILL OF LADING

Shipping

We will prepare your vehicle for shipment to your designated port on the next available vessel. Once your space is booked, we will inform you of the vessel it has been booked, date of shipment and estimated time of arrival of the vessel. This will allow you time to prepare.

Bill of Lading:

Three working days after the shipment, the shipping company will issue a Bill of Lading to us. The Bill of Lading is a document prepared by the shipping company. It sets out the terms of the contract of carriage with the shipping company. It serves as the consignor's receipt for the goods taken on board ship and it gives you the right to claim the goods to which it refers.

We will send all documentation immediately after the vessel's actual departure. These documents are send to you or your clearing agent using FedEx, DHL, UPS or SpeedPost courier service, which are tracked over the Internet.
